At HellaFit, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below:

Refunds:
- We offer a refund for items returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds after this period.
- To initiate a refund, the product must be unused and in its original condition. Any clothing items cannot be washed and must still have tags attached. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
- If you receive an item that is damaged, the incorrect size, or otherwise defective, we will gladly exchange it at no cost to you.
- To process an exchange, we require emailed proof of the issue (e.g., photos) within 10 days of receiving the product. Please send this information to Hellafit.us@gmail.com.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly issue a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- After we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.
